Delivery and postage

Customer service is of up most importance to us and we understand that nobody wants to wait for our exciting new Forever Immortal Jewellery.  We will make every effort to have your order packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible to the highest standard.


We will endeavour to post any order received before 1pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) the same day. All orders will be sent no later than 24hrs after being received. 

 (All orders received after 1pm will be posted on the next working day).


All items are sent from our UK warehouse.


UK:

Our standard delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Estimated 1-2 working days. £3.99 or free on all orders over £50.00


Royal Mail 48

Estimated 2-4 working days after order £2.99 or free on all orders over £70.00

Rest of the world:

Unfortunately at this current time we do not offer shipping outside of the UK. We have made the hard decision whilst still expanding for the immediate future to stop this service.


We want to make sure our customer service is amazing and logistically this is very challenging. This will hopefully change asap. We are sorry for any disappointment.


Delivery addresses:

When placing your order please make sure that you choose the correct delivery address. Forever Immortal Jewellery will take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address, left in a safe place etc.


Please report any lost or missing parcels to us ASAP, we will do our best to help  however we cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch (25 working days for international items) - this is when Royal Mail classes items as being lost and claims can be made.


Suspicious / fraudulent activity:

Forever Immortal Jewellery reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders. This will only happen in extremely limited circumstances i.e. if it is suspected a fraudulent order has been placed.
