CHRISTMAS PERIOD
We will extend our normal policy for anything purchased from today (10th November) until the end of January. This should allow ample time for anyone buying or receiving Christmas gifts to make contact with us. Buy your presents with zero stress, we have you covered.
REFUND POLICY
We accept refunds on unworn product(s) sent back in the original condition with the original packaging and security tag still in place. We allow up to 14 days from the delivery date for contact to be made informing us you wish to return an item for a refund. Please contact customer services to receive the return address. You are responsible for the cost and shipping of your returns.
Returns are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving the product. If you have any questions please contact us through our email or contact page.
We will notify you once we have refunded your payment. Payment will be made to the original method of payment. Please note this may take up to 14 days depending on your provider.
Please keep a copy of the postage receipt in case any items are lost in transit.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We will offer hassle free exchanges. Please contact us with your order number within 30 days of receiving you're order, to start the process. Items must be unworn (except to try on) and be as new with all original packaging and security tag still in place. You are responsible for the cost and shipping of your returns. Please keep proof of postage, we can't be held responsible, or cover any items lost in transit.
EARRINGS
Earrings are the only exception to the above. Due to hygiene reasons we can't accept refunds or exchanges on earrings.
SECURITY TAGGING
All our items will be sent with a security tag attached with unique serial number. This will allow you to try on and make sure you love the product. Please do not tamper or remove the tag until you are happy with the item. This tag will need to be in place if you wish to return or exchange your item.
WARRANTY
All our jewellery comes with a 6 month peace of mind warranty.
In the unlikely event a manufacturer defect arises with your jewellery we will replace it providing it's inside the warranty period and you have the original receipt. A like for like replacement will be offered.
ANYTHING ELSE?
We understand life moves fast and is unpredictable. If an issue has arisen outside of these time frames contact us and explain. We have a wealth of experience between the team in retail and customer service and will judge every issue on its merits to provide the best tailored service for you. WHAT WE CAN'T COVER
We will not replace damaged, lost or stolen items.
LOST / MISSING PARCEL
Please report any lost or missing parcels to us ASAP. We will do our best to help, however we cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch (25 working days for international items) - this is when Royal Mail classes items as being lost and claims can be made.
